Party Booking Terms

1. Your booking is not confirmed with us until your non- refundable £50 deposit has been received via BACs. This will secure both the date and time of your party. 
2. If the party is greater than 5 miles from HA8, a small fee will be added to the  final balance to cover time, petrol, congestion charge, parking fees, etc.
3. The balance payment is due up to 7 days prior the party via BACs. Failure to settle the balance may forfeit your party booking.
4. If you cancel the party for whatever reason, we are unable to offer any refunds on payments made. 
5. If for an extreme reason where Born 2 Boogie have to cancel the party including (but not limited to) adverse weather conditions, sickness, etc we will do everything to reschedule the party to a later date or alternatively you can receive a full refund including the deposit.
6. If a member of your household is tested positive with Covid-19 or the government guidelines change meaning we can no longer run your party, you may use your non- refundable deposit for a future party with us within 12 months. 
7. It is your responsibility to ensure the safety of the venue and the well- being of the guests.
8. If your party is being hosted in a house, please ensure that there is enough space for the number of children invited and that any trip hazards are removed such a rugs. 
9. We will strive to do everything we list on our party package however your experienced party entertainer may tailor it to the group and space accordingly (for example if the venue lacks space, they won't use the parachute or if the children love to move around then less 'sit down' games will be played such as pass the parcel).
10. It is your/ your guests' responsibilities to make the entertainer aware of any skin allergies if glitter tattoos are part of your package.
11. We strongly advise you to limit distractions during the entertainment such as bouncy castles and loud background noise. The entertainer will not be able to keep the attention of ALL the guest if multiple distractions are going on at the same time. 
12. You consent for Born 2 Boogie to hold and store your personal data  provided when booking. You are happy for us to contact you prior to the party. None of your personal data will be passed onto any 3rd parties.   
13. For promotional reasons, the entertainer may take a picture or video for our website or social media. Please make us aware in advance if you do not want this to happen.

Payment 

1. Payment for the term must be made in full and an enrolment form must be completed before the first lesson to secure your child's place in the club.
2. Children are NOT automatically registered for the next term. You must re-sign up each term. 
3. School clubs are non-refundable. We do NOT offer credit or refunds if the school were to close on the day of the club, or your child is absent from the club.  
4. We are always there to be as accommodating as possible with payment plans. But Born 2 Boogie has the right to refuse entry to our classes if class fees haven't been paid. 

Student Code of Conduct

1. Long hair must be tied back and no jewellery is to be worn (apart from simple studs).
2. No food or drink is allowed in class apart from water.

4. Everyone must treat those in the class with respect including the students and staff. Bullying of any kind will not be tolerated. 
5. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to students  property. 
6. We reserve the right to exclude any child for any reason at its discretion.

Classes

1. Students are not permitted to leave the premises at any time during the sessions. If you wish for your child to leave early, travel home alone or if someone else is picking up your child prior written consent from a parent or guardian must be provided.
2. We cannot take responsibility for children outside of their class times. 
3. Class routines are not to be shared by pupils on social media or to any other person outside Born 2 Boogie.
4. All staff are Enhanced DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) checked.
5. It may be necessary for teachers to use physical contact when helping to improve student's posture or assist in movements.
6. Parents / guardians can only watch classes when invited.

Cancellation of classes

1. If for an extreme reason where Born 2 Boogie has to cancel the class including (but not limited to) adverse weather conditions, sickness, government guidelines, etc. classes will continue online.  If the extra class cannot be attended by the student, no refund will be given. 
2. If for any reason Born 2 Boogie needs to cancel a class we will contact you as early as possible and an extra class will be offered either at the end of term instead. If the extra class cannot be attended by the student, no refund will be given.
3. If we are unable to offer an alternative date for any cancelled classes, credit notes will be issued.
4. Staff may be substituted if they are ill or have a professional commitment.

Communication & Personal Details

1. We will never share your or your child’s information with 3rd party companies except our email database (Mail Chimp), examination entries, competition entries and show work. (ISTD, LAMDA).
2. If you wish to not stay up to date with school information please make sure you ‘opt out'
3. We will occasionally take photos of students to use for our website, marketing, advertising & social media purposes if you do not wish us to take photo/videos of your child please let us know in writing.
4. All information stored for pupils & parents at Born 2 Boogie will be stored securely under lock & key or password protected devices.
5. Upon leaving Born 2 Boogie all personal data will be destroyed once 24 months has passed.

Payment 

1. Term fees are due before the end of the current term. Those who do not pay on time will be subject to a late fee of £15 per child plus a 5% increase per week that fees are missed once the term has started. 
2. Children are automatically registered each term unless there is a price change whereby you will be notified in advance. 
3. Students wishing to give up their place must give half a term notice. If written notice is not received, half a term's fees for the following term will be due.
4. All classes are non-refundable. We do not offer credit or refunds for any missed classes.
5. Discounts and refunds will not be given during school examination times, religious holidays, or if a student cannot attend the lesson for any reason including illness. The lesson will be charged in full unless a mutually convenient alternative can be agreed upon at least 48 hours in advance. 
6. Please ensure any changes to students' contact details are provided and updated if necessary. All information is kept in the strictest confidence and will not be passed onto any third parties except LAMDA when students are being entered for exams. 
7. For one-off masterclasses or lessons, payment must be made in advance.
